Craving some Bad Ass Mexican food?! I had a breakfast Gordita with Chorizo, Egg, Potato’s and Cheese. My favorite thing here are the Cabeza Street tacos. My family has been going here for years. I have used them for catering, large to go orders for my office, to go for when my family is craving tacos and quick bite when I’m in the area. I work with many restaurants because of my job but I only post the ones that make my tummy sing!

Here are 2 of the 4 meals I’ve had at Super Shack in McKinney, the past 2 weeks! Do you like Mexican Food? Do you like Seafood? How about Mexican Seafood?! To be honest I’m missing 2 pics because I was too busy eating and forgot to take a pic…. 🤷🏻‍♂️😬. Fried Oyster Po Boy and Fish tacos!! Homemade Michelada mix and delicious bread pudding. Definitely worth a try. McKinney, Sherman or Rowlett 🦀🦞🐟🌶️

I have been a big BBQ nerd long before getting in the food industry and I’m a member of many bbq groups online and I have eaten at large number of bbq joints both well known and unknown. I personally have attempted to master the art of Texas smoked bbq and also get the privilege to consult of few local bbq establishments and didn’t know what to expect because I’ve been let down by the fanciest and finest and even the cliche hole in the wall establishments. Even at first glance this isn’t the sexiest plate and eating at 2pm at most smoked bbq joints is a roll of the dice with most of the good stuff being consumed by the lunch crowd but when I took my first bite I felt like I was in the Petey Pablo Freak-a- leak rap video with my eyes rolled back and my toes curled!! GotDamn that’s some amazing BBQ!! I made odd noises and mumbled a few of what my mom calls (them 4 dollar words) to myself as I inhaled this crack-que-cain. You owe it to yourself to make the drive to Lake Dallas and experience this gem….. I got the 3 meat plate with moist cut brisket,ribs, jalapeño sausage, green beans and slaw and some sweet tea. The only thing that was missing was the cigarette after and I don’t even smoke. 😁
