On this cold and rainy Colorado June day, I was stuck inside with my one pound of hamburger (instead of out by the pool and grill where I'd prefer to be at this time of year.)

Because my daughter Lindsay is getting married in August, and I want to fit into a REALLY cute dress I already bought that's a size too small, I went back on Keto last week.

I already made a few things with hamburger, and was really craving those grilled burgers, but opted instead for these sauerkraut burgers, that are juicy, tangy and yummy.

Plus, sauerkraut is pretty good for a person, so, better on a burger than in a smoothie! Enjoy!

I love enchiladas because Carol Burnett loves enchiladas, and I love Carol Burnett. White enchiladas? I wonder if Carol would approve. These look amazing!
