The City of Fresno did a formal proclamation in recognition of the month of February being Black History Month. We at The CALIFORNIA ADVOCATE are proud to have witnessed and been a part of this historic day today. Celebrating the contributions of African Americans here in Fresno and and honoring historic landmarks such as The African American Historic museum creates a legacy for the next generation. Here are some shots we captured of the celebration and the proclamation inside.
