So made it on thedieline.com, which is a huge personal honor! For years, we've been going there for inspiration as it shares some of the best, most innovative designs in packaging selected by the best in the business. Truly surprised to be among those shared designs we've been so inspired by. A lot of people have asked where to buy. It is distributed here in Illinois and St. Louis - but its small batch, so rare and limited. They are quickly expanding their distribution to the southeast, northeast, Chicago, and soon to the other 48! Don't worry tho - in the coming months, there are 4 new batches soon to be in market...which are beyond delicious! This is the first bespoke aged whiskey released from Hard Truth and, as its first fully produced and aged whiskey, made it on Fred Minnick's top 100 list - a huge accomplishment for them too! Using state of the art digital visual effects technology and an amazing Maxi puppet designed and built by the Jim Henson Company and puppeteered by Marty Robinson!
The series is written and produced by a Academy Award Nominated, Emmy and Peabody winning creative team in conjunction with educators and child development specialists to meet the highest level of children’s programming and standards

In 2018, Hard Truth Distilling Co. began the creation of its namesake brown spirit inspired by the pioneers of Brown County, Indiana. From Mash Bill to Barrel Aging, this would be the first
fully-realized offering, handcrafted by Master Distiller Bryan Smith. So too began the development of a bespoke package, reflective of that settler’s steadfast determination and hard work building something greater than themselves.
The bottle design is finally arriving on shelves! It is the manifestation of Brown County's unique whiskey legacy - a celebration of nature's gifts and of the pioneers who worked the land, grew the community, and shared their spirit of discovery, finding joy through the Hard Truths of life. Hard Truth's Sweet Mash Rye is a historic whiskey experience, born of only the finest sourced grains, historic Brown County aquifers, and the unique flavor of the Indiana terroir. And damn, it looks sexy! We couldn't be happier with the design process, the final product and the legacy this bottle, label, and most importantly, its liquids will continue in future releases!

While it's hot out, thinking about a cool time helping Craftsmen Industries in St. Louis, put together a World Record attempt to raise money and awareness of our local Children's Hospital SSM Cardinal Glennon. The project was inspired by Engineer Kevin Schaller after his own personal battle with cancer. The team worked directly with the marketing team at both the hospital and radio flyer to generate media buzz of the event, outreach to Guinness, and ultimately donations for the hospital! Technically, we broke the record only because we set the record. In reality, we accomplished a great thing for Kevin, Craftsmen, Radio Flyer, and the kids of SSM Cardinal Glennon and had a blast while doing it!
