🚂🎅 Today’s the day to celebrate one of the sweetest holiday traditions — the Virginia Railway Express Santa Train! 🎄✨
Kids (and kids at heart!) get to take a magical ride with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and their holiday helpers, who are onboard spreading cheer and an important message: “Look, Listen, and Live!”
🚦❤️ Operation Lifesaver is reminding everyone to stay safe around train tracks this season and all year long.
And don’t forget — the holiday spirit continues off the train, too! 🎁
VRE stations in Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, Manassas, Burke Centre, and Woodbridge are serving as Toys for Tots drop-off sites today. If you're heading out, bring an unwrapped toy to help make the season brighter for a local child. 💛

🎅🚒 Santa Runs are back in Fredericksburg for 2025! 🚒🎅
Get ready to hear those sirens and see Santa cruising through our neighborhoods on a fire truck, spreading holiday cheer all across the city. It’s one of our favorite Fredericksburg traditions — kids waving from porches, families snapping photos, and the whole community lighting up with Christmas spirit.
