Our Story
The Valley Jazz Jam is in its fourth year at The Main Cup. The house band of piano or guitar, bass, and drum revolves weekly and is comprised of regional full time professional musicians. The purpose of our jam session is to foster interest in improvisational jazz in our community and to offer jazz musicians a place to congregate, perform, and share ideas. We also offer summer jazz camp scholarships to high school musicians who want to learn improvisational jazz.
