Coming March 14th on Waiting For Lester Records, Gary Palmer's first album! Psalms 100: 1-5 features Gary's one-of-a-kind interpretations of gospel classics old and new, including two original songs. The album also features Waiting For Lester Records artists Michelle Hannan, Jason Hannan - Musician, Matthew Geiger - Musician and Howard Parker's Music Page , as well as instrumental support from Eric Knowles on banjo and Brandon Michael on fiddle. We can't wait to let you hear what Gary's come up with!

For the month of January, Matthew Geiger - Musician release finished at number 2 on the Airplay Direct bluegrass charts. Some pretty heavy hitters there! We thought the Rhonda re-issue was going to pass him but not quite! Congrats to Matthew on his first album and big thanks to Howard Parker, Eric Knowles, and Michelle Hannan for their contributions. Waiting for Lester Records is proud to announce the release of Wild Aster's first single, Empty Handed! Written by Dominica Knapp Music, Empty Handed explores the loss of innocence as we age and our return to the ground just as we arrived, empty handed. Her soulful lead vocal is ably, sympathetically supported by Casey Haberman on dobro and Michael J. Stone Music on mandolin and guitar. Both Casey and Michael provide warm vocal harmonies as well.
