We are sad to say we are losing one of our most valuable fair shooters. Terryl Hicks will be relocating to Alabama soon. Our plans are to replace her with no less than three new memory makers. Terryl was at the fair with her camera EVERY day and night and provided our fb page with memories for a lifetime. We wish her the best in her new adventures.

Today we honor Deputy Moore, the first African American deputy to serve Washington Parish. He was a brave U.S. Army veteran ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ who served his community with honor and distinction. Tragically, Deputy Moore was ambushed and killed in the line of duty. Today, we remember him on his birthday and celebrate the legacy of courage and service that he has left behind. Our thoughts are with his wife and four daughters, who will always remember his sacrifice and the love he shared for them and their community.

โ€œLet us never forget Deputy Sheriff Oโ€™Neal Moore and use his memory to remind us of our obligation to love, honor, and protect each other,โ€ said Sheriff Randy Seal.
