Before CARL MANN passed, he began recording a new Gospel Album, including the great song, I'LL FLY AWAY. Sadly he never got to finish the Album. LITTLE DAVID WILKINS, a very close friend to CARL, has jumped in and sang this song with CARL. If you love CARL and LITTLE DAVIID's singing, you will love their version of I'LL FLY AWAY.

We just read on FACEBOOK that DAVE MATHEWS, long time Studio 19 engineer, has passed. DAVE, who reigned over the STUDIO 19 control room during the 80s and 90s, was one of the most talented engineers that ever worked at STUDIO 19. He was always devoted to his studio work, and it showed when listening to his finished product. He will be remembered and missed for a long time.

CARL MANN, Rockabilly artist from Jackson Tennessee passed away today in Jackson. A true artist and a great guy. Carl was in the middle of recording a new gospel album, but became too ill the past few months to finish it. Studio 19 will miss your presence, and your voice.
