1/4 cup Italian dressing
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
Spread the mayonnaise evenly on the bottom halves of the rolls.

1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Once dissolved, stop stirring and allow the mixture to boil until it reaches 260ยฐF (127ยฐC) on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract. If using, add a few drops of food coloring.
Pour the mixture onto a greased marble surface or a heatproof baking sheet. Let it cool for about 5 minutes until it's cool enough to handle.

No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿฐ

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- โ…“ cup powdered sugar
- โ…” cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 ยฝ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 ยฝ cups gingersnap crumbs
- 12 oz white almond bark (for coating)
- Optional: 1 cup orange candy melts (for drizzle)

Directions:
1. Mix the Cream Cheese: In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until it's smooth. Then, add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice, mixing well.
2. Add the Crumbs: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and gingersnap crumbs until everything is combined. Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
3. Shape the Balls: Once chilled, scoop out the mixture and roll it into 1-inch balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then chill for another 30 minutes.
4. Melt the Almond Bark: In a microwave, melt the white almond bark in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
5. Coat the Balls: Dip the chilled cheesecake balls in the melted almond bark, letting any excess drip off. Place them back onto the parchment paper to set.
6. Optional Drizzle: If you want, melt the orange candy melts and drizzle them over the set cheesecake balls. Let everything cool and harden completely.
