Every year, The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) hosts an SBIR topic workshop in the Boston area, which brings together small business innovators and SBIR Program Managers from across the government to connect and discuss topics from the ongoing SBIR/STTR solicitation.

Davideo Company has helped with this event multiple times, live streaming for remote audiences, recording presentations to make available for attendees to rewatch online after the event, and recording attendee testimonials to combine with footage we captured at the event, to promote the event for the following year.

We produced this promo video after last year's event.

Earlier this year, the MetroWest ESL (English as a Second Language) program brought us back to produce another video for their annual gala. In the latest video, students spoke about what it was like to come to the United States not knowing how to speak English, and how the classes provided by MetroWest ESL helped them more easily become a part of the community.

By the way, we have been producing videos for the ESL program since 2003!

In March, we produced a video for the MetroWest YMCA's annual pre-race breakfast. Members of the Y's Marathon team explained how the funds they raised support the community. We also included a compelling story from a mother who fled Ukraine with her family. The help she received from the MetroWest YMCA allowed her children to attend daycare and participate in the YMCA's after-school programming.

We gave this video our "social media treatment" to share online after the event. Inserting the widescreen video into a square frame allows room to add captions without covering up the video itself. We also make sure all captions are accurate before posting, rather than relying on AI generated captions.
