BLANC is in search of a part-time Studio Intern to support our Fort Worth location's team in serving patrons, members, and guests. An eager and quick learner, the Studio Intern helps the Community team keep the studios and creative spaces ready for shoots at all times. Our studio and creative spaces are where the magic happens, sometimes for multiple members and guests at once. The studio intern must be aware of when and how the studios are being used and be able to help the Community team and Members schedule time to use the spaces.
In addition to keeping up with the day-to-day operations of the studios, the Studio Intern assists the Community team to oversee prep for rentals. In the Studio Intern role, you will gain first-hand experience in the production industry, as well as an opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture that makes BLANC great.
This position is a part of our residency program which includes a studio membership during the course of the internship.
On the team, you will:
• Build a welcoming community amongst BLANC studio members by offering support during rentals.
• Ensure the studios and creative spaces are fully operational, processes are running smoothly, and studio-related supplies and inventory are well stocked.
• Efficiently handle the day-to-day responsibilities of the studios, such as organizing and logging equipment, maintaining the c*c floor, and possibly give tours.
• Be a friendly face and point of contact during studio rentals.
• Assist in marketing tasks in tandem with the Community Operations Manager, including but not limited to, taking BTS video and photo content, posting to BLANC’s IG, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn page, etc.
• Conduct new rental orientations, including educating members and guests on all relevant BLANC policies and procedures and encouraging usage of the proximity app to activate the space’s amenities.

Requirements:

Pay: $2,000 Stipend
