My face is a masterpiece because I was created from love, to be love, to spread love. 🫶🏻

👋🏻 My name is Jessica and I was born with a Vascular Malformation known as a Port Wine Stain. Growing up with a PWS was really hard. I am so lucky to have come from a loving a supportive family who never made me feel any different, but society isn’t always as kind.

I was always a really creative kid. I was a dedicated dancer, and I was heavily involved in my high school theatre program. Through dance and theatre I started playing with makeup and it became this safe space for me to play and experiment. I went to college with the intention of continuing my performance path, but I felt called to do something else. After two years of college, I went to Cosmetology school and became a licensed Cosmetologist.

💇🏻‍♀️My journey as a hair and makeup artist has been a wild ride. I know it’s no coincidence that as someone who grew up with very low self esteem, I ended up in an industry focused on making people feel better. 💄

✨ I decided to take my career a step further two years ago. After spending my entire career as an employee in commission salons I opened my own studio space in my home. I wanted to deliver something different and more valuable to my guests. I opened Badass Beauty & Healing and became a Holistic Hairstylist, meaning I incorporate energy work with every guest who sits in my chair. 💆🏻‍♀️ It feels so aligned to take an industry that is honestly vain a lot of the time and focus on inner work. My guests step out feeling renewed and refreshed in a way they weren’t feeling before. It’s been so transformative, and truly has become my life’s work to deliver accessible energy work to all kinds of people.

🫶🏻 While I know I’m not the only hairstylist/makeup artist in the world to be doing business this way, I feel I am extra qualified to do so. Having a PWS has been the source of my super power. It’s given me empathy and a super rebellious spirit to show my true authenticity. And I want every single person who sits in my chair to be their authentic selves unapologetically. 🤘🏻🤘🏻

On December 21st, the Winter Solstice, we celebrate the coming light and set our intentions like seeds to nurture and love into existence. The Sacred Feminine has called us to cleanse and renew our creative Source Energy and connect to the body wisdom that heals all wounds. It is with this intention that we are offering a Yoni Steam + Breathwork Journey women's circle at The Land in East Fort Worth.

Yoni steam is a potent practice celebrating the Sacred Feminine and reclaiming our creative source power as women. We will use ceremonial herbs custom curated by Pablo's Lotus and steam to cleanse and release the old, stagnant energy that no longer supports you. Then we follow up with a second herbal steam blend to infuse your Yoni with the transformative gift of your own pure self LOVE… to you, from you, and perfectly crafted for you.

Breathwork journey uses the gift of your breath alongside chakra aligned music to activate your inner healing wisdom and shift limiting beliefs and old patterns. This journey is a customized session to activate The Goddess rising in each of you, call in your Sacred Feminine guidance and align with the gift of your creative Source Energy.

This ceremony will be held at the healing space, The Land located at 1700 Menzer Ct in East Fort Worth. Space is limited and there is a few items from around the house you will need to bring along for comfort and modesty.
