I read this book back in January, but it definitely changed my perspective about how I interact with my clients.

Biggest lesson: become a partner to your clients and work together. DON’T just fulfill. DON’T just tell them what to do. DON’T just do what they tell you.

I started to view my work for my clients is to make my clients look good. Whether that is a bride, a marketing agency, or a business. My product should make them look great, make their clients happy, and make their business look amazing.
