This is where I started. I filmed my first client video with an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

I tasted stuff in my kitchen! I messed around with video so much. I tried so many things. Jury rigged so many things to make things work with whatever I had.

Start with what you have. Do what you can. Make it last for as long as possible until you outgrow your equipment.

Man it’s crazy to think about what life was like back then.

This new grip case is so good

The .io Carpio 2.0 has really helped with those long editing sessions.

A couple months ago I started to get some weird wrist pain.

I adjusted my seat and bought the Carpio.

The 2.0 comes with a strap but after using it for months I decided to take the strap off.

P.S. should I take more photos?

I read this book back in January, but it definitely changed my perspective about how I interact with my clients.

Biggest lesson: become a partner to your clients and work together. DON’T just fulfill. DON’T just tell them what to do. DON’T just do what they tell you.

I started to view my work for my clients is to make my clients look good. Whether that is a bride, a marketing agency, or a business. My product should make them look great, make their clients happy, and make their business look amazing.
