First of all, we at Acacias Journeys Metaphysical Shop & Acacias Journeys Wellness Center would like to thank each and everyone who donated to the food drive we hosted. Unfortunately, there was not enough food collected today, to have the pick up on tomorrow. We were advised by one of the initial coordinators, Taylor Raymond Crane, that they were able to find four needy families that were affected and will be dropping off what was collected to those families.

Again, we thank you all for coming together to love on our neighbors in Waynedale and hope all things work out for them.

Today, from 2PM - 7PM at Acacias Journeys Wellness Center, we will be accepting donations again to aid in the relief of our neighbors in Waynedale. As we all may know, a few weeks ago, we were hit with a storm that affected some Waynedale residents harder than others. It left them without power for days and as a result they suffered food spoilage. In an effort to help, this drive was set up.

Last week we collected donations but we ran out of food and weren't able to assist all that came in the same ways. So, we collectively decided to extended the drive into this week. We are asking that you show your support to our neighbors and bring what you can.

They are in need of; meats, dairy products, fresh fruits & vegetables, and freezer type foods.

We appreciate all that you bring and set the intentions that this go-around will service every neighbor that needs something.

The food pick up will be tomorrow from 12PM - 6PM Acacias Journeys Wellness Center. If you are in need and from the Waynedale area, we only ask for your Zip Code and your household size. If you came out last week you're welcomed to return this week. Please bring your own totes, bags etc. to carry your food in.

We ran out of food and will be serving neighbors again this week. We are in need of more donations to make that happen. People are needing milk, bread, meat, cheese, eggs, vegetables and fruits. We handed out what we could but there is more needed. WE DON'T WANT TO TURN ANYONE AWAY! So we need our neighbors help to help our neighbors.

Donations are Accepted at 1940 Bluffton Road
Friday, July 1st from 2PM - 7PM

Pick up for people in need will be Saturday, July 2nd from Noon - 6PM bring something to carry your food in! All we will ask is your zip code and number of people in the household, no ID or mail is required!

Today will be the food pick up for the food drive. We appreciate all who donated and are excited about helping our neighbors. We are going to extend the drive into next week and have another pick up next Saturday from 12-6p or until all food is depleted. We will be accepting donations only on Friday of next week from 2-7p. We are asking that anyone with a heart to help, please bring what you can!
