A beautiful day at the celebrating these beautiful souls! Butterflies hold a huge symbolism to Chelsea and were tied into so many moments throughout the day, which was absolutely incredible! 🫶

The guests were treated by Curtis + Team from for beverages + plated meal! Gouda dip was a must during cocktail hour! 😆✨️

Was so grateful to be part of the big day and even (not intentionally, but by chance) DJ-ed the Bachelorette party at restaurant! 🎶

Chelsea is such an intentional kind human and went above and beyond to make sure each person at her wedding was loved and valued with many special details! 🙏

Celebrating the public + public servants (EMTs, Firefighters, + New Haven Police Dept) lots of games/interactive activities/free food/& prizes!

Even with the rain, the public showed up and showed out! 👏✨️🌧 (check out our rain gear for the laptop, safety first hehe!)

April was a tough month for my husband and I. Our most beloved cat was in the ER for a week, and our vet with their team performed a life-saving surgery. Couple that with being sick for a few weeks, and I really felt like life was turned upside down. Even with using my supports and healthy coping tools, I was struggling mentally + physically. My husband + I got married in Vegas 1 year ago in April and decided to cancel our anniversary trip to Vegas after everything going on. Fast forward to the day I was supposed to leave for Vegas I received a message from one of my DJ friends shout out to DJ Too Quick 🙏 about a couple struggling to find last minute coverage after some big changes in their planning happened. I had a perfectly free Saturday and needed to replace some funds after our vet bills, so I said yes to a wedding on my 1 year anniversary date... which ended up being the absolute pick me up I freaking needed after a month from Hell!

I talked to the bride Tempest on the phone, and we immediately hit it off chatting like school girl besties and vibing without a hitch! I knew the universe aligned this and us to work together to achieve the best day for all of us! We needed it!! 🙏 Tempest & Charlie have been through so much together, and their love for each other was one for a movie! Seriously, the most kind and loving humans! Tempest and I carefully curated all the details on a Thursday and worked together to pull this off two days later! The results were phenomenal. We had a freaking ball,and meeting them in person and working with their family/friends was a dream. Out of a million reasons I loved the bride her love for her grandpa melted my freaking heart. My family the year prior brought my gramma to our reception,and it was the best thing ever. I honestly wouldn't have it any other way. Tempest was the same way,and her family made sure it happened so her sweet as pie grandfather could be there for her big day no matter what!

In the future, I plan to spend many anniversaries with just my husband and I, but this was the exception & I'm soo forever grateful I was able to be part of Tempest & Charlie's Day! ♡

When you go to high school with a client, it makes the day extra magical. You literally grow up together regardless of the proximity of your relation to them. Being a part of their special day takes the cake for honorable moments because they literally met you as a goofy teenager and still trust you for their most important day ever! Something I don't take lightly or for granted.

Heather was so intentional with every detail to make this day so sentimental. Watching it all come to life was amazing. Also, a big thank you to her MOH & Day of Coordinator besties! Ladies do run the world! ♡♡♡

I love it when my clients share their wedding journeys on Facebook every step of the way! It's like a wedding diary, but knowing how much this day means to them is bittersweet. I loved seeing how excited she was for this day and being part of the preparations. This bride is so resilient and has overcome numerous challenges in life that many couldn't ever get out of bed for, but not Heather, she prevails and kicks butt.

She's an Earth angel. I absolutely believe that. She makes everyone feel loved and is so appreciative of people. Watching her hug each person at the wedding at the end of the night was watching her share her heart and goodness with all. I truly believe a Heather hug can heal the world.

Thank you for letting me be part of your magical day. I'm forever grateful, and you touched my heart queen! Congratulations!! ♡♡♡
