The City’s annual Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, Dec 14th at 10 a.m. For this year’s theme to honor our 40th birthday, we are taking it back to the 80’s: “Flashback to 1984”.

The floats will start at Destin Methodist Church (200 Beach Drive), travel down Beach Drive, and travel west down Harbor Blvd. (Hwy 98) to Stahlman Avenue. Please plan to stand on the north side of Harbor Blvd. to watch the floats.

For those who wish to put a float in the parade, applications are available at the Destin Community Center. In lieu of an entry fee, we are asking that each entry make a donation of new toys, a donation of personal products (i.e., cologne or perfume), or a monetary donation, to be dropped off at the Destin Community Center.

Applications, as well as donations, must be turned in no later than Friday, Dec 6th. You may either drop applications off in person, fax them to 850-654-8998, or email them to [email protected]. Please call 850-654-5184 for more information.
