I will always remember sitting close to Anthony Dominick Benedetto, known professionally as Tony Bennett at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards… He always had a smile on his face especially as he rose from his seat to accept one of his 20 Grammy Awards that night. Rest in peace Tony Bennett our world is a better place because of you..!

Songwriting Tip:
I am often asked, where I get ideas for songs I write…. Here’s a tip for all the songwriters out there.
Turn on any sitcom or movie today and listen to it for hook lines. BUT don’t watch it just listen to it with a pen and paper in hand. Sit facing away from the television and take notes on one liners you hear. Example: George Straight’s mega hit “Blue Clear Sky” that line came straight out of Forest Gumps mouth in the opening scene of the movie. No charge for that. 😎 ~ David Hammonds
