Eastwood Guitars’ Rivolta Mondata design has been around for years. Now they’ve applied the concept to the bass.

Eastwood Guitars has had the uber-cool Rivolta Mondata design in their stable for years, and now they’ve finally applied the concept to the bass. Designed by Dennis Fano, the bass has a sleek body shape made from Simarouba, which is an ultra-lightweight wood.

This performance of Jaco's "Three Views of a Secret" by Richard Bona and Metropole Orkest is a treat.

In 2013, Richard Bona joined the Metropole Orkest for a performance at Lantaren Venster in Rotterdam. Among the tunes they played was Jaco Pastorius's "Three Views of a Secret." This has always been one of my all-time favorite tunes, and it was a treat to check out this rendition.
