LeeTran will provide extended transportation services on Fort Myers Beach to accommodate New Year’s Eve festivities.

Fort Myers Beach Service will include:

- The free open-air beach trams will extend service until 1 a.m. from Bowditch Point Park to the beach library.

- Route 490, which travels between Times Square and the Beach Park & Ride at 11101 Summerlin Square Drive, will run its normal service until the last departure off the beach around 10:30 p.m. After this final departure from Times Square, a shuttle service will start from the Main Street Park & Ride (at the foot of the Matanzas Pass Bridge) to the Beach Park & Ride until 1 a.m. Jan 1, following the fireworks festivities.

Riders seeking transportation from Fort Myers Beach to the Beach Park & Ride after the bridge closure will have to walk across the bridge to the Main Street Park & Ride to catch the 490 shuttle to the Beach Park & Ride. The last shuttle to the Beach Park & Ride will depart the Main Street Park & Ride at 1 a.m.

Bonita Bill’s will be closing its doors with last day of operations on Sunday, January 5th. We want to thank everyone who has visited us and supported us over the last 30+ years.

We will continue with regular operating hours; closed on Mondays. Tuesday-Friday 11am-9:30pm-ish (lunch/dinner only), and Saturday & Sunday from 8am to 9:30pm-ish. We will be open NYE (regular hours).

Our online store should be launched hopefully by the end of the year where you’ll be able to purchase tanks, tee’s, sweaters, hats, visors etc. Our printer will ship directly to you and merchandise will only be available for purchase through our online store - the link will be available on our website. Stay tuned more info. We will keep the online store running for a few months.

Our limited edition glassware is only for purchase at the bar. We’ve had requests if we can hold glasses or ship glasses, unfortunately we cannot accommodate but if you have anyone local in the area, we suggest having them come in and purchase on your behalf. Pint glasses are going fast!

Something BIG is happening Sunday mornings at Parrot Key! Welcome to the new Breakfast in Paradise! Parrot Key Caribbean Grill will now be offering breakfast Sunday mornings, 9am-Noon. Breakfast will feature three monster Bloody Mary options (Fried Snapper, Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders, and Bacon Grilled Cheese), bottomless Mimosas, and a delicious breakfast menu. The breakfast menu will offer Crab Cake Eggs Benedict, French Toast, the Paradise Waffle, a large Breakfast Burrito, and the Classic Breakfast. Come by car or come by boat. We're also inviting all classic car owners to come and be apart of a Sunday morning Cruise-in. We hope to see you this Sunday morning to kickoff Breakfast in Paradise!
