Simply email a scan or a photo of your scale design drawing, along with the full-size dimensions and we’ll take it from there. We will create the full-size drawing using CAD software then email a scale drawing back to you for your clients approval. When you’re ready for the full-size drawing we will upload it to a large-format printing service near you for pick-up. 5" (13 cm), 4 3/8" (11 cm) or 3 3/4" (9.5 cm)
Now fusers can create a contemporary Drop-Thru footed vase using this 3-piece mold forming system. The process starts with a 2 layer circle design that Drops-Thru a square hole in the ring mold then the glass drop is automatically aligned to hit and fuse to the center of a pre-cast glass foot disk. Turn the mold ring 1/3 of a revolution to change the height for 3 different vase dimensions: 5" (13cm), 4-3/8" (11cm) & 3-3/4" (9.5cm). www.JoyOfFusing.com

At Wardell Products we believe the best way to learn a new skill is to make something exciting and that’s why we are so psyched to introduce you to our new 2-sided fusing mold.

One side of the BinaSphere Mold produces a true spherical-shaped bowl with a cookie-style foot that is remarkably similar to vessels made by master glass blowers. The opposite side of the BinaSphere Mold produces a flat serving platter that is elevated 5/8” (16 mm) on a cast glass foot.
