The best thing I ever did for my confidence...

Was to keep the promises I made to myself. I started small (like I promise to tell myself everyday that I love myself) and then moved onto bigger things (I promise I will leave relationships where I am not valued).

Oh and put myself out there on the internet KNOWING people would come for me. 😅

Raise your hand if others that don't know have ever negatively judged you.

It takes courage to show up to the world. And then even more courage to show up authentically. When people negatively judge us (even if they don't know us and we know that), it can still have a negative impact on us.

I was going to throw out this paint (the base color) as it was a mix of a bunch of runoff paint.
I'm happy I used it as a base instead.
I can't tell you what colors I used to mix it...so it's truly a super unique color!

One artist created a 3D image of the world (made out of copper!) and attached it to a canvas.

Consciously Raising was created with this intention: Helping each other through our “growing up” journey, so together, we can help our children and our world!

The parenting journey begins long before you decide to raise another being (if you choose to do so). The journey begins that moment you comfort yourself after your friend hurts your feelings or when you talk yourself into giving a school presentation, despite the feeling of your lunch trying to surface its way back up. The journey begins the moment you rely on your ability fulfill your own needs.
