Think good thoughts.

Mindfulness reminds us that thoughts are not facts — they are habits. And habits can be retrained. Just like the body, the brain learns through gentle, repeated practice.

Each time you notice a negative thought and consciously choose a kinder, more balanced one, you’re strengthening a new pathway. At first it feels unnatural — like learning a new language. But with repetition, it becomes familiar.

For example: when the thought “I’m not good enough” arises, pause. Breathe. Then practice replacing it with “I’m learning and growing.” Doing this once won’t change everything — but doing it consistently will.

Over time, the mind follows where attention goes. And that’s where real change begins.

So I haven't watched Hijack, so I'm going to add it to my watchlist. But I am impatiently waiting for season 2 of Cross and Paradise. I really enjoyed the first seasons.
