Once my Grand baby is starts fishing with me, it’s over.

Mix 1lb Wagu & 1lb 70/30 ground beef. Seasoning of choice. Fry on in pan or skillet. Don’t recommend grilling due to the fat content🔥. The skillet will ensure you have an even crisp char on the outside and well done and juicy on the inside. Get some natural hotdogs and garlic for some quick sides. Enjoy!
