We definitely learning that pushing hard all the time leads to burnout, and self-care in the form of relaxing is necessary. But....don't forget self-care is sometimes doing the hard stuff too. The stuff that isn't soft, stuff that isn't aesthetic. Sometimes, it's eating that frog. Doing that thing you want to put off for whatever reason. Staying an extra hour late on occasion. Going that extra mile because.... it's actually self-care for future you! Future you will be so grateful you pushed forward and because of that they found their day just that little easier🙏🏾 Happy Monday lovelies, wishing you a week of productivity and clarity. ❤️
