A supermoon eclipse tomorrow! 😎

Sunday night, a total lunar eclipse will grace the skies for about half the globe. This total eclipse is central, meaning that the moon will pass centrally through Earth’s dark (umbral) shadow. This eclipse also occurs during a supermoon, when the moon is closest to Earth in its orbit and slightly larger in our sky. So this is a very long eclipse! Totality will last nearly 90 minutes.
