Exciting news from Marshall! On January 9, 2025, construction began on a new protective awning over the hospital’s ambulance bay, along with door replacements at the Emergency Department. This important project, supported by the Marshall Foundation for Community Health and generous community donors, aims to enhance safety and comfort for patients and emergency responders, protecting them from harsh weather conditions.

The construction is expected to take approximately 12 weeks, with a targeted completion date of March 31, 2025. CEO Siri Nelson emphasized that this improvement is part of the hospital’s ongoing commitment to providing a better experience for patients from the moment they arrive. Christa Campbell, Board Chair of the Marshall Foundation, highlighted the Foundation’s $500,000 investment to ensure safe, sheltered access for those in urgent need.

Marshall Medical Center continues its mission as a nonprofit community healthcare provider dedicated to the well-being of all.

This event aims to raise support for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Attendees will enjoy tastings from local wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, bakeries, and caterers, alongside entertainment and unique activities.

Highlights include original artwork for sale by Something MORE artists, live art demonstrations, and exciting raffles, silent, and live auctions.

While 1920s-inspired attire is encouraged, it’s not required.

The event supports a cause that fosters for people with disabilities, and all proceeds will go directly to this effort.
