How do you start making change? Here's 5 Keys, straight from Tony Robbins.
Feed your mind daily. Commit to reading 5 or 10 pages of a personal development book. Or industry related reading.
Feed and strengthen your body. It is amazing how much this impacts our day. I'm drinking Celery juice every morning now (sounds different, right?), but I am noticing an uptick in my energy levels. Plus it feeds all the cells of my body! I'm also getting up from my desk every hour and spending 10 minutes moving my body.
Find role models. You don't have to know them personally. You don't have to pay them for an hour of time. Instead - read their books, listen to their podcasts, or YouTubes.
Take massive action. This is the hardest one! It's easy to go slow. And it's easy to procrastinate. I fall victim to this. But when we shift into massive action, results come quicker, which inspires us to keep moving forward.
Give MORE than you expect to receive. We've heard this many times in our life. But it is true. And it does change your life. It changes your mindset, your outlook, and your heart!
