With much sadness we regret to inform everyone that Dr. Kenny Barfield passed this morning. He was a great help to Mars Hill Bible School, where he served as a debate teacher and President. He was an asset to Lambert Book House, an accomplished author, and a phenomenal debate teacher. He authored several books for Lambert including Revelation Vol. 1 and 2, Fine Tuned For Life, Are You Kidding Me?, Still Number One, From Glory to Glory, and many other titles for other publishers. Please keep his wife, Nancy, and his family in your prayers.

It is with great sorrow to inform all that Brother Steve Condra passed today. He was a great asset to Lambert Book House over the years, serving as the manager from 2009-2017 and 2019-June 2022. Please keep his wife, Cathy Condra, his daughter and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the loss of one of our own, Billy Banks, Former General Manager of Lambert Book House passed away at 88 years of age yesterday morning. He was manager from 1986-2003. He served as an Elder of the Cox Boulevard Church of Christ in Sheffield, AL. He leaves behind his wife, JoAn Banks, His Daughter, Lisa Counce, his Son, Hugh Banks along with many other relatives and friends. We request you keep his family in your prayers during this difficult time.

Things are back in full swing at Lambert Book House. Orders are picking up and VBS is ready to ship. Lambert is still closed on Wednesdays so place your orders on M-T-T-F from 8-5. UPDATE: Lambert has been and is still open for business. We have fielded several questions referencing availability of material. All VBS is available for purchase. We do not lack any items to fill your orders. All regular curriculum for summer quarter is available. Many churches have chosen to use spring quarter in place of summer material and plan to jump to fall quarter. We are presently producing fall material. Many of you are having trouble obtaining Adult Quarterly Bible study books from other suppliers. Lambert publishes an Adult Bible study quarterly and can supply you with the materials you need for the fall quarter. We certainly hope you will consider our material. Lambert Book House is presently installing its third digital color production machine since 2009, a RICOH 7100SX. When all options are installed, we will be able to offer more products to our customers from full color banners up to 48" long and double sided full color brochures up to 27" long. The added capabilities will also include the fifth color station for printing opaque white and clear. Our digital production on demand printing department has been a positive asset to our organization for the last 10 years which has enabled us to produce high quality, on demand books for our own production and our clients. Our production capability has grown to 3 digital printers: The new 7100SX, a Ricoh 751EX, and a Konica Minolta Bizhub pro 1051. We will be adding a new production black machine soon to offer faster turn around.
