Just posted this in a stand-up group so I am also asking you guys n' gals...

Anyone know an of any open mics that are stand-up friendly in MI? Thinking going and trying stand-up but of course I'm worried people will laugh at me... er won't laugh at me? I dunno. I live in Flint, which is basically the crotch...of the palm. Ok, ok, its kinda the crotch either way. Also does anyone know anyone who is too afraid to make an ass of themselves but writes decent material so I could make an ass of myself for them?
