Ok here is an update: the GAM website is gone and they are going to refund $320 they took out of the station’s account. The GAM app is still up and running. The guy who created it has kept it going however he will not update it so it will still say GAM. At least you will have an Apple app that is just the station. We will keep the old servers going for those who still listen to it. It’s only costing us $25 a month. So there is the latest update. If you have any comments, questions or suggestions please post below. Thanks.

Judah Music Ministry is the non profit that owns GAM Radio which is changing to The Narrow Way Radio on April 1st. No this is not an April Fool's Joke. The new website which is still being worked on is thenarrowwayradio.com. I am working on updating and changing all the info here on this page. Please be patient with me as we get everything updated. GAM Radio website will stay on for awhile as well as the old apps as new apps are being worked on and will be available around the middle of April. Thanks for understanding.

Easter or Resurrection Sunday is the 31st of this month. Today we will be adding music that is focused on the Passion week, the crucifixion and resurrection. This week I’m not on the air and I am preparing to leave to take my daughter to a you’re so college What would you call? We’re gonna be take a tour with Savannah at a conservatory in Missouri near St. Louis. We are driving ( groan) and will be back this weekend. This is one of the 4 colleges that have offered her scholarships.
Hopefully I will be back on Monday. On the 29, I will present a musicial special. Details will follow soon on gamradio.com.

I do not talk about the money much, but I am now going to come to you and tell you, that we need $500 a month to keep the station on the air. But we have not gotten that support in awhile. I have been making up the difference but I can't continue that. Right now, we have $260 in the bank that will pay our rent but it will not pay for the internet or copyright fees. So, if we do not see support for the station increase, we will be forced to go off the air. I have shared with you all how tight it has been but we have not had any more support from the listeners. I can do this for the next couple of months and if we do not see any new support, I will be forced to go off the air. I'm sorry but I don't know what more I can do.

But the need is critical and I do my best not to talk about this a lot but it now has come down to if the support doesn't increase we will be forced to go off the air.

I had someone tell me, Kevin you are not trusting the Lord. I am trusting the Lord and I have been in non-profit Christian radio since 1977 and have lived by faith for many many years. But if people do not respond, God doesn't print money and send it, it comes from people who God moves on to keep a ministry going. So I have given this to the Lord, and if He wants us to continue, People will support. If our time is over, then, it is over. It is in His hands.

Over the past few weeks I've seen several people make comments on Lonnie's failures in life and even say that people are putting him on a pedestal in the Jesus Revolution movie.

First of all ... “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” - John 8:7.

Secondly, it makes me wonder if some of these folks have even seen the movie. If they did, they completely missed the point. It's quite clear that it's a demonstration of a perfect God using imperfect people to accomplish His purposes. Nobody in the film is being put on a pedestal...their flaws are on full display. 👀

I watched an interview with a close friend of Lonnie's as well as one with Greg Laurie and while both did speak of Lonnie's struggles in life, they both also mentioned his repentant heart and love for the Lord in his final days. A few folks who spoke at his funeral, including Pastor Chuck, all mentioned that they felt that Lonnie had a "Samson anointing."

Maybe as brothers and sisters in Christ we should spend more time focusing on the great things the Lord did through Lonnie's life and less on his shortcomings. I think that every one of us wishes that for ourselves when the race is done. ☝️

One of the things I have asked you all to pray about is the Radio station. We are now at the point where we must decide it’s future.
When I started it in 2017, we were able to get in enough donations to keep the station going and sometimes my ex-wife and I had to fill in the holes that were missing. That all changed with the divorce.
I moved into a trailer and moved the station here to reduce the cost of running it. Donations dropped as well. Since 2020 – 2022, I was running the station out of my house. Donations were still low but I was able to pay the bills with money I made from the Church as a worship leader. Then my daughter decided she wanted to live with me. That meant, I had to find an office to move the station or go off the air. I found a place that cost $250 in rent, and the internet was going to be $177 a month. That didn’t even pay for the other things that had to be paid for each month. I mentioned that we needed monthly support and hoped others would join us, but sadly that has not been the case.
For the month of January and February, our monthly support is now under $215 – after PayPal takes their cut and $50 in the mail for monthly support as you can see we can’t even pay the office bills. When you add up all of our bills, which come to $450 not to mention $500 once a year in copyright fees, and sometimes extra per month with increased listeners, we are in the hole. I personally can no longer pay the bills for the station.
So we are praying about what we should do with GAM. If we do not see an increase in monthly support, we may do just a 2-3 hour show and post it on the website or just go off the air completely. I know one of the reasons why the support and listeners have gone down is because I am not on the air. At the same time, I don’t really know what the answer is. I really try to be there but personal health stuff and doing things with my daughter lately has kind of caused some of these issues.
Please be praying with us, as we try to find out what the Lord wants us to do. Thank you.
