Here's a collection of some of my favorite Futurist concert and promotional posters I've designed through the years. Seeing them all together like this now, I’m struck by how colorful and cohesive they are, reflecting the vibrant energy of our music and performances. Here's my most recent lyric music video for Avatari's "Bad Things With You." I've made several of these for Ari, but this is easily one of my favorites.

I can't help but reflect on the evolving landscape of visual storytelling in the music industry -- I used to make more animated music videos, but now many musicians and labels can't really justify the ROI from producing them anymore.

As a designer and musician, I could go on and on about all of the ways that things are changing, both good and bad. With major artists seeing a decline in traditional music video viewership and the rise of shortform content, it's clear that we're still adjusting to a new era in music promotion. While the traditional music video may be facing challenges, lyric videos still offer a fresh way to engage audiences that are much more affordable to create. hashtag hashtag 🎥🎶
