We’re back!! Have opened the here in Flagler Beach for recording. Have two folks in, sisters, each recording their own albums but helping on vocals and instrumentation on each other’s songs. Nothing like family Harmony!! And the sweet part is they are the kids of my Windfall band mates and friends, Kari Kovick and Michael Kovick.
We realized we’ve known them since they were 12 and 3! Now grown women. So 18 years or so😳

The first cd I worked on with Jim Sharkey. It was a gem!! Still is!

Yesterday we recorded a few more tracks for the "Sweet Anne's Road" CD which should be done by Christmas. Mike Mitchell did a great job laying down fiddle, and Dave Fason recorded sound.

Next up Johnny Towey from out Kilkelly way will record some accordion tracks at Lake Recording Studio, Cootehall area, in November, and send it over to us. I am delighted to have Johnny play. There is one song in particular that when I was working on it I thought "if I could get Johnny to play on this it would be great" and now he is!

I will miss this room! There was some wonderful music made and recorded here. Windfall Studios is closing in Floyd Virginia but will reopen in Flagler Beach Florida next year.

Thanks to all the friends and musicians who gave me the opportunity to work with you in recording and creating your music over the last 15 years! It was fun and a privilege.

We might offer a beach recording get away in the future. Stay tuned!
