Today I talk with my friend Ty Haggard. Ty is a Firefighter Paramedic with Ashland Fire and Rescue in Ashland Oregon. Ty is on a mission to bring awareness to fellow Firefighters about mental health, by utilizing Yoga, but not just any Yoga! Tune in and listen to the awesome stuff he is doing!

Follow up to animals and garlic:

Garlic is actually very good for dogs in small quantities. For garlic to be toxic, your dog has to consume a huge amount. According to The Complete Guide to Natural Health for Dogs and Cats, the recommended serving sizes are:

10 to 15 pounds — 1/2 clove

20 to 40 pounds — 1 clove

45 to 70 pounds — 2 cloves

75 to 90 pounds — 2.5 cloves

100+ pounds — 3 cloves

Remember, garlic has a number of health benefits for dogs, and is a great form of natural parasite control.

So sometimes I don't know everything.... Dogs can't have garlic, it can be toxic to them. Though I was giving my Bone Broth to my dogs once a day, if you want any for your pups, I can make a batch without garlic.
