Are Ice Baths Safe During Pregnancy?? 1. In my personal experience, there were never had any negative effects on me or my baby. Only positive things. 2. With that in consideration, I had been taking ice baths every single day for 2 years prior to pregnancy. 3. My typical ice bath is between 40-33°F so im pretty used to the temperature change. 4. My physical and mental reaction to cold exposure is much different with consistency. I am able to keep my composure and not go into shock. 5. I do not recommend that anyone begin taking ice baths during their pregnancy ( especially in the first and second trimester) #

Okay last time sharing me taking pregnancy test 🤣 but in our official finding out video hunter said “it’s darker than it was yesterday” so this is why he said that. I was convinced this day I was pregnant UNTIL I got a “not pregnant” on the digital 🥲😅
