Birth breaks you down to your core. You’re raw, vulnerable, and exposed on the deepest level. Things don’t always go as planned. Someone told me you birth with WHO and HOW you need to even if you don’t understand it because frankly I’m still trying to understand it. It wasn’t how I pictured it. It wasn’t how I prepared for it to go. AND, it was still beautiful and healing!
One thing that I do know is that my birth team was filled with empowered, strong, and wise women. I was surrounded and supported by them. I learned to trust on a deep level. They mothered me as I became a mother. That’s something I will always carry with me đŸ«¶đŸŒ

Birth breaks you open to your core. It’s raw, vulnerable, and exposing on the deepest levels. Someone told me you end up birthing with exactly WHO and HOW you need to, even if you don’t understand it, because frankly I’m still trying to understand it. It didn’t go as planned. It wasn’t how I prepared or pictured it going. AND, it was still beautiful and healing. One thing that I do know, is that my birth team was filled with empowered, supportive, and wise women. They mothered me as I became a mother. I was fully supported at my most vulnerable. I learned how to TRUST deeply & that is something I will always carry with međŸ«¶đŸŒ
