Kiara Landon is one of 12 National Finalists Chosen for the Next Phase of Miss Earth USA 2025

Orlando, FL – The Miss Earth USA pageant returned to Orlando for its annual national events from January 2-5, marking its fifth consecutive year in partnership with Rosen Hotels, LuLaRoe, and the Queen Beauty Network.

On January 5, 2025, the contestants from different states competed in different categories including evening gown, swimsuit, advocacy and many more.

This year, the Miss Earth USA preliminary competition for ages 18-26 introduced an exciting twist to the traditional format starting with 20 semi-finalists and culminating in the selection of a national Top 12. These finalists will advance to participate in a reality television series titled *Pretty Down to Earth*, set to air in Summer 2025 on the Queen Beauty Network.

On July 20, the national finalists will join legacy titleholders to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Miss Earth, culminating in the official coronation of Miss Earth USA 2025. The new titleholder will represent the United States at the 25th edition of Miss Earth in the fall.

Representing the Miss Earth Pacific Northwest Region are Kiara Landon, Miss Washington Earth, Kiara De Los Santos, Miss Oregon Earth (Top 20 Semi-Finalist, Beauties For A Cause Award), Joy Mwangi, Miss Idaho Earth and Summer Keffeler from Kirkland, WA (Top 20 Semi-Finalist).

Kiara Landon, representing Washington State, was named one of the 12 finalists for Miss Earth USA 2025.

Kiara, 24, was born and raised in Washington State. She is a Registered Nurse who graduated with honors from the University of Washington, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Kiara is passionately committed to environmental conservation, actively engaging in initiatives at the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery to protect local ecosystems and raise awareness about the impact of microplastics on salmon populations.

She is the Brand Ambassador for Cyty Wear promoting sustainable medical uniforms and addressing plastic waste in healthcare. She is the Founder of Kiara’s Clothing Drive which collects gently used clothing for underserved communities in the Philippines, highlighting her commitment to community service and sustainability.
Aside from the work focusing on saving the earth, she is an Ambassador for the WeAssistU Foundation, focusing on youth empowerment and mentorship.

For this competition Kiara received the following:
- Best in Swimsuit Award
- Silver Award for Evening Gown
-Miss Congeniality
-BQG Runway Spokesmodel
-One of 12 National Finalists

She is also the TOP FUNDRAISER for Beauties FOR a cause for Miss Earth USA 2025.

FASHION IN FLIGHT 2024 was the Best Fall Fashion Show in the Pacific Northwest.

The Fashion in Flight show on November 2, 2024, at The Museum of Flight was a remarkable celebration of creativity, featuring diverse models and innovative designs. With over 600 attendees, this sold-out event highlighted the fusion of fashion and aviation, showcasing both luxurious elegance and sustainable artistry through the use of recycled fabrics and eco-friendly materials.

The evening paid tribute to significant milestones in fashion, inspiring guests about innovative styles in fashion.

David Bailey, CEO and Founder who is also the producer of Coutures and Cars have taken fashion to new heights with this fashion show. Fashion District NW is a top level organization that produces top of the line shows that is worthy of a standing ovation.
