Since we began broadcasting in May of 2016, our fantastic volunteers and local show producers have kept the station running, currently airing over 20 locally produced shows, and selecting great music, news, and public affairs programming from Pacifica, the country's first listener supported network. We are also playing some great "genre" music from the KPSQ Music Library that you won't hear on any other stations. KPSQ is Arkansas’ only Pacifica Radio Network Affiliate, and one of only two radio stations in Arkansas to broadcast the acclaimed news show "Democracy Now". KPSQ 97.3 FM is looking for volunteers who are comfortable with computers and interested in learning how our automation system works. If you have experience with tech, audio software, or just enjoy problem solving, we could really use your help behind the scenes.

Our automation system keeps the station running around the clock and we want more people who can help manage playlists, schedule shows, troubleshoot issues, and make sure everything stays on air. We'll train you on everything you need to know, and you can build real skills that support community radio in Fayetteville and beyond.
