Hey Stunt Fam!
It's that time again for an Apex Original Event!
The 3rd Annual APEX Fall Carnival!!!
Saturday Sept 27th, 4pm-9pm

This family friendly event is free to attend with certain experiences available for purchase and is an exciting opportunity for the Atlanta Film Community to enjoy an evening filled with fun and togetherness! Our continued aim at Apex Studio is to reinvigorate hope and joy within our Atlanta community.
In addition to being a community building event, we also select a local charitable organization to receive any and ALL money earned and donated during the evening festivities.

This year, we have selected Camp Horizon. They are a non-profit organization committed to serving youth and families impacted by foster care in metro Atlanta, restoring hope and dignity to end the cycle of abuse and neglect. Advanced Kenjutsu for Camera with Nate Hitpas--
Sat. May 4th, 2pm-5pm

Nate will be teaching an advanced level of practical and traditional Japanese sword techniques that can be implemented in film fighting. This will cover footwork, sword handling, stances, and how to use all of that for choreography!
We ask that you have some sword experience (in any style) prior to taking this workshop.

We've got TWO great events happening this weekend at Apex Studio!!
FIRST UP: Apex Community Movie Night Sat. May 3rd- 5pm.
Cost: FREE (with snacks/drinks for purchase)

Come celebrate the one year anniversary release of The Fall Guy, Sat. May 3rd, 5pm- with a projector screen viewing and fun Costume Contest (Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place!)

Come as your favorite Fall Guy character (Original TV show or the Movie) or as your own creative vision! This is a FREE event with snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Chat it up with Justin Eaton before or after the show about his experience as one of the four main doubles for Ryan Gosling, as well as doubling Aaron Taylor-Johnson AND playing the role of "Henry".

This is a movie with Adult themes. We will have the 'Kids Corner' room available with a child care provider- showing family friendly movies and kids games with snacks/drinks available.
Our Nursing and Privacy room will be available as well for all new parents out there.

Hello Stunt Family and friends!!
Apex Studio is proud to host instructors from the American Heart Association for another upcoming CPR First Aid AED course- this SATURDAY, April 26th, 1pm-5pm.
This will be the full CPR/First Aid/AED certification course lasting 3-4hrs and costs $75.
The certification is good for 2 years and all proceeds go back into supporting AHA’s life saving mission.

Only 15 slots are available so please follow the Eventbrite link below to reserve your slot.
If you reserve a spot but plans change, please cancel your ticket on eventbrite so that it can go to the next on our list.

Good Morning Stunt Fam!
The weather is throwing more severe alerts at us today so we've made the decision to RESCHEDULE our amazing Concussion Seminar to APRIL 28th, 11am- with treatment sessions to follow!
Please mark your calendars to join us on the NEW DATE for some very important updated concussion protocol and info- great for both stunt performers and stunt coordinators alike.

Also, Come check out our open gyms, Wed, Thurs, Friday as well- Times are located on our Instagram. PLUS: check out our next First Aid/CPR certification course on Sat.
