🌱Soften the bright summer sun, or recreate the sunny outdoors in a studio?🌱
We were thrilled to do both for our colleagues at Prisma for a recent still photography campaign. We used a lot of fun rigs in this one, even a custom-made tree shadow.
🌱 We were thrilled to work with long-term local theatre director, teacher and film crew member (and recent Fayetteville Film Festival Pitch Prize winner) Jules Taylor on her first narrative short film as writer-director! 🌱
The previous outdoor shots were bright and sunny, but a sudden thunderstorm made for a dark, rainy front doorway scene at this house. NHC and the crew covered the entire doorway area to block off the rain and lit the scene to make it sunny again to match the previous day’s weather. Thanks to the wonderfully supportive NWA film community for making this film possible!
🌱 Apple Seeds needed a short film to tell the story of their nonprofit. This aligned perfectly with NHC’s documentary and marketing experience 🌱
The project was an uplifting collaboration and a joy to produce. NHC met the nonprofit’s budget while creating an inspiring success story through the use of heartfelt testimonials. There is a lot of extra footage, which Apple Seeds is using for social media. Check out www.appleseedsnwa.org
