Seafood Dressing prepped, Vegan Dressing prepped, Mac & Cheese (regular and vegan) prepped , Potato Salad done, Pasta Salad (regular and vegan) done, Candied Yams done, Deviled Eggs done, Sweet Potato Pie (regular and vegan) done, stock for Collards (regular and vegan) prepped!!!

All that's left is cooking both of the Collards, the Peach Cobbler, the Sock It To Me Cake and the Crawfish Gravy will be made right before we eat. I don't have to worry about the Turkey and the Ham so we're on track for tomorrow!!!

I recently did a podcast interview about social media and content creation (yes, little ol' quiet me lol). The interviewer asked about the struggles of the content creator. My response was...

Me: People will use the internet to find all the mess, all the gossip and every once of drama but won't use it to find the truth. I just posted a video and if you could see the people arguing about bell peppers and sugar LOL!!!

Interviewer: Well what do you say to all of that?
