“All residents in the Pamplin/Prospect area, at this time please lock your doors and remain inside your residence. Homicide suspect is on foot in the area and he is armed and dangerous, law enforcement are in the area working to apprehend the subject at this time. Suspect is a 24 year old black male, wearing no shirt and black pants, is armed with a handgun.”
