"If your focus is I'm going to enjoy myself and here's how I enjoy myself, even if there are people out there or events out there that you don't want to do, you don't want to be around, the brain will start to look in that way of like, I want to go towards positivity instead of avoiding pain. And I think you'll find that you'll actually enjoy your holidays much better if you have that very clear definition for yourself and how you want to act and how you want to enjoy that for yourself."
