Are the first few chapters of Quicksilver and Arcane Legends interchangeable? I found the stories to be so similar that with just a couple of swaps it could be the beginning for either tale. I wonder if Callie is a fan of Arcane too?

BEST GARLIC EVER
Ingredients:
1/2 pound peeled garlic
2 cups olive oil
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 375F. Place garlic in baking dish, cover with olive oil, add salt and pepper, stir. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes then reduce to 200 for 1 hour. Let cool and enjoy! I love it with toast, on brussel sprouts and steak or just by itself!
How to store: put cooked garlic in air tight container and store in fridge. Use leftover oil to cook with, best garlic oil!

Shortened Event Recounting: my dogs start barking at a dog on the other side of fence. I go out garage and try to grab but is at end of alley within seconds. Then I run into neighbor searching and jump in my car to help. Fast forward 10 minutes and I’m on a major street and so is dog sniffing a dead cat, I call to it and runs into marsh, gets full on hit by a car. I start panicking then see another car has stopped and a guy jumps out, has dog in arms then stand her up. I pull my car over to him and he puts dog into car and follows me. Then I run into neighbor and Good Samaritan that’s following me transfer to their vehicle and neighbor is heading to vet. Looked like a bad cut under its right arm and blood all over my back seat.
Sooooo… good and bad and thank God for watching out for that pup. Ending: dog needed stitches, no broken bones.
