Excited to announce we are officially a member of the Challenge Circuit. This is a big step for our program and this now makes our entire program members of the family from 4th-12th grade all of our teams participate in the circuits.

With this our program will now be restructuring our programs outline thru detailed commitment to skill development, strength/conditioning, film study, team bonding and so much more.

Can’t put into words how proud we are of this group…
A great group of kids with a great group of parents who TRUST THE PROCESS…

We started out as the team who couldn’t swim in deep water and now we swimming in the deep end with the 🦈

We are no where near satisfied and we gonna continue trusting our process..

Thank you for the love and keep the platform going for the young generation that’s next up

So proud and excited for all of the grassroots teams in our program, our 3rd and 4th grade teams have just been together a few months and are making a name for themselves across the DMV •

Our 5th grade group has took tremendous leaps over the past few months coming off a final four run in the last circuit we are preparing for another run this upcoming winter

UPDATE ‼️‼️‼️‼️ CHANGE OF PLANS 🗣️

After receiving some feedback we have decided to start up our own 3v3 league for 1st-8th graders…

Each grade will have its own league and will be ran from NOV-JAN… JERSEYS INCLUDED

Get your MOB and come prove you have the best 3 in the DMV… We will have a league MVP, 1st and 2nd team all league, Defensive player of the year and so much more… Help us grow this to be the biggest 3v3 league in the country 🗣️

BENEFITS OF 3V3:
- Players are forced to rely on their own instincts and abilities, which facilitates quick growth & development

- Emphasis on fundamental skill sets
- Increase game reps
- Difficult to hide in 3V3.

A very good weekend of GROWTH for our program as we had 9 teams participating in the • Madness this weekend

Another great weekend bringing home some hardware for our 15U Mclinton unit who played up 16u this weekend and won it all. A very special group who are coming together and clicking as we continue to prepare for live period next month.

This one right here means a lot to the program. Charles Pargo came to us as a skinny, raw 7th grader with very little talent. But one thing he always had was the willingness and the hunger to get learn and get better at his craft. We created a plan for this young man and his family. With the help of different members of our program we were able to develop this kid at a faster than he thought. He is the true definition of a Day 1 FAMILY OVER FAME Student-Athlete and also a true PROCESS TRUSTER 🗣️ We are proud of you young man and are excited for your last round of AAU with us. Let’s go out with a bang as you know the next step is THE OFFER 🗣️
