Premiering this Wednesday, October 12th, Little Bird is a six-part limited drama series on PBS. For Hispanic Heritage Month, PBS and Post-Op teamed up to promote PBS’s Hispanic programming. Celebrating a rich cultural heritage and the contributions of so many to the Latin American experience, it was a joy to bring this promo to life.
Post-Op and PBS go back in time to celebrate "Who We Are" in this :60 sizzle focusing on their upcoming history-focused programming. Our "Making Black America" promo for PBS just won a Gold Telly Award! Dave Brier had lots of help when crafting this :30 piece so thanks to Mark Haskins for the bold audio mix. Dave Brier and Chris Martin had a blast on this "Nature Cat - New Episodes" campaign. You may hear some familiar voices: SNL alumni Taran Killam and Kate McKinnon. You may not be able to understand Kate as Squeeks in this spot although we had fun trying.
Premiering one week from today, PBS's Changing Planet is a massive seven year documentary series that seeks to find solutions to some of the globe's most intractable climate challenges. After a critically acclaimed first season, PBS again tapped Dave Brier to craft a promo campaign that highlights the ongoing importance of this project. Mark your calendars! On Tuesday January 31st the first episode of Fight the Power: How Hip Hop Changed the World premieres on PBS at 9/8c. Post-Op was tapped for the promotional campaign with our own Dave Brier handling the editorial and mix master Mark Haskins making the spots sound amazing.
