My consistency on this mat directly relates to my overall success. And a few months ago, I let all consistent care for myself go by the wayside.
Let’s call a spade a spade - I got SUPER excited about The Maker’s Moment & launched it on the first week of the BUSIEST month of the CRAZIEST quarter of the year… during my first month of being a full time artist with Sonne Studios , haha. With the holidays and a lot of life changes, I hit “the dip,” and we all know how that story goes!
We are slowly coming back to an editing routine, and one that doesn’t completely sideline me! 💎
What you hear on the show is a final product that takes anywhere from 5-12 hours per episode to edit and post-produce. What you hear is art!
Sometimes art has its own timeline. The good news is that we have about 8 episodes recorded and undergoing the editing process. We are fine tuning our communication systems so that our Makers will be more informed about their episode’s launch date - and be able to promote it better!
Art isn’t made overnight. The process is a lot like the gritty hip opening sequence I just spent 40 minutes on - it’s uncomfortable and scary, and sometimes you just have to sit in it and wade through it.
THANK YOU to my Makers who are committed to sharing their stories. It’s a huge responsibility to portray your messages in the most authentic way I know how.
