We are a conservatory focusing on storytelling through film, tv and digital media. Our program is designed to foster the next generation of storytellers through dynamic workshops and independent projects. FTMA’s home is in the heart of Connecticut’s “Creative Corridor” with close ties to neighboring New York City. Through partnerships with media companies, our students go beyond the classroom into

real film and television environments. Our one-year program is especially unique in that our students complete their own professional portfolio and select an internship opportunity that is tailored fit to meet their interests.
