Nicki Anderson joined the FCS team in November. She graduated from Grand Valley State University last spring and studied Video Production + Advertising and Public Relations. Videography has been her passion since she was a kid, and her favorite part is being able to share stories from a unique point of view and being able to experiment with new techniques and trends! Outside of work, she love to run, hike, paint, and spend time outside in her free time.

Cannot be more excited to welcome to the FCS team. This is a dream come true for a multitude of reasons. Today we got a chance to do an agency immersion with their team. We are stoked to be able to be on the rocket ship ride with their team and can’t wait to see how our team brings their social game to the next level. The Fresh Content Society and Old World Industries team wrapped up our Hood Signing social media campaign with John Force Racing, Inc. that we run all year on ’s social media channels. It’s one of my favorite social media campaigns we do for a few reasons.

☝️ It’s all about the experience. With PEAK’s deep roots in racing we have figured out a way how to engage NHRA fans and fans to come together. Leveraging social media to amplify our partnership and put the brand into the NHRA conversation.

✌️ We make it a low barrier of entry for the fans to enter the sweepstakes and give every fan a chance to win. This allows for diehard fans and new fans to participate without having to jump through a bunch of hoops.

3️⃣ Bringing the online community to offline. This campaign allows for a social media campaign to end up on national TV and for fans to see their names run on FOX. It shows how we can take sports marketing sponsorships and make it into a fresh social media campaign.

Hailing from Arlington Heights and now living in Highland Park, he's a true local with a deep connection to the community.

Throughout his career, Josh not only excelled in managing accounts for large enterprise companies but also worked closely with organizations to understand their business needs and goals. He's a seasoned consultant, known for his ability to help businesses grow and thrive. His insights and passion for the industry are invaluable.

Josh's sense of humor shines through as he's an avid fan of IG Reels, finding them nothing short of hilarious. He's all about family, sharing his life with his loving wife, Amy, and their two wonderful kids, Levi (8) and Isla (4). When he's not in the office, you can catch him on the basketball court at Midtown or indulging in TV show marathons on the couch.
