Well the Santa letters are gone and just like always, I get a call about 9 last night asking me if it's to late. They are on their way to the North Pole to be postmarked and sent back so everybody that ordered one should be getting it in about 10 days to 2 weeks. Somewhere around the week before Christmas. The longest distance from Augusta one went was Maryland and the oldest person to get one was 93. There are 4 adults getting them. One that Santa says He's sorry he won't be able to come on a certain date but he's going to let ___________ come that day because that person wants to be with her. I had several children that was told Santa know how good they have been because the elf on the shelf has told him. All in all there was some fun letters. I'm a member of several groups on facebook but I don't post these there because I don't want anyone to feel I'm trying to use these sites to sell something. But after I pay for the express shipping to get the letters it the North Pole, the custom stamps, the wax candle for the seal, paper envelops and then time. It's not about money. Several letters went out without any charge at all, because it was the right thing to do. So next year when I post for these remember you buying one is only helping cover the cost to send a little piece of Christmas to someone. Believe it or not, the end of November is here and it's Thanksgiving. WKRP's Thanksgiving show will be on TV Thursday. For all of you that wait till the last minute to order your Santa letters, it's the last minute. I cannot accept any orders after the 3rd of December. That's next Tuesday. When Vickie was about 6 I had Santa putting her presents under the tree and I woke her up telling her I heard something. We peeped around the corner and sure enough, there he was. playing with more stuff and eating a cookie. He heard her and jumped up, Ho, Ho'ed, and ran out the door. I believe her memory is the same as mine on this. I can't tell you a single present or toy she got that year, but will never forget the experience of her catching Santa, Santa letters are the same. It's only a couple of days before Halloween now so it's time to start getting ready for your letters from the North Pole and Santa. We are dependent on the USPS to get the letters to you all of the way from the North Pole so get you order in soon. Santa has to have his stamps made so he needs some idea of how many my mid November so he can send them to the post office in the North Pole to be sent out so you can get them before Christmas. And don't forget Santa still has to oversee the largest toy manufacturing plant in the world and so his flight planing for Christmas Eve. And make commercials and come to parties and personal visits. I know it is not even Halloween yet but for Santa to get the letters to you from the North Pole he needs to get the orders in asap. The people that have gotten them in the past have all talked about how they helped make there Christmas more joyful. They deliver a special from Santa (and you) to people that a card just can't match. If anyone who has ever gotten one would like to tell their story, please post it here or on the ken moore page. Also don't forget the Santa's twelve days of Christmas Advent Calendar on DVD is here as well as Santa coming for a personal visit. But the letters have to come first because the post office from the North Pole is not as fast as Santa.

Everyone should know by now that I didn't renew the lease on the studio on Enterprise Ct several months ago. I am still filming and editing and DVD authoring and stand ready to help anyone that needs me. But I have a bunch of stuff from the studio that I will never use anymore. The biggest being the green screen. It was 30 X 25 but to put in in the area we were using it a couple of feet had to be shortened. So I think it is about 28 X 25. It is foam backed so wrinkles fall out of it easily. It makes a fantastic key. We paid $1,600.00 for it and another $500.00 in material and testing to have it to code for the fire department. I have it and all of the testing paperwork so it can be put up permanently. I'm looking for offers. Look at the photos on the Ken Moore Productions page and there are several shots of it. I also have 2 Panasonic HVX 200 Cameras. I will let someone have their pick of those. I am keeping one. Give me a call anytime and lets talk about any of the stuff I have. 706 339-3727

The new editing studio is coming along. Still has a ways to go. I'm working on the preproduction for the documentary that I mentioned and it is coming along. Hopefully I will be looking for a screen writer soon. Here are a couple of photos of work in progress. See my graduation cap from Disney Institute. Actually I was kind of proud when I stood up there with it on. ( I just went to Disney classes not to the full school in Florida but these people knew their stuff.) It was fun.

I know I posted that I had a project coming very soon and YES YES YES it's happening. There is a tremendous amount of preproduction to go into it and I don't even have a working title yet. We will be getting some research help from some people who have written a tremendous book on our subject and if we can work it out with them we may be basing our entire documentary on their book and will use that title. There is a lot of head scratching still to do first. The new office on Harden St is coming along good and I think it will be good enough to show before long. You may see some strange activity on the KMP website but that is because I having it completly redone. Hopefully it will be up and going soon. Last week our Armstrong video of the moon landing played in several churchs and we are filming at Christ Church in North Auggusta each week so we are staying a little busy, but if you need any help with a video project, an event filmed, or anything else related to media production, give us a call 706 339-3727.

Hello. I know it's been a long time sense my last post but it has been busy. I'm sure everyone knows by now that we did shut down the studio on Enterprise Ct. McDonalds closes hundreds of restaurants a year and grow bigger. We do still have studio access when we need it. We were working on a documentary on Daniel Field, however the funding needed for it didn't come through. After a lot of research we do believe there is an amazing story there and who knows what the future holds.

We have been in preproduction for the documentary we have lined up on the Confederate Powder Works in Augusta, Georgia. Anyone out there with knowledge of or stories about the Powderworks give me a call or text me through here. Anyone we film, whether we use the footage or not will be credited on the documentary. This is a story of men trying to fill a need and accomplishing so much more than anyone would have ever dreamed. There are so many small stories in the big story and it's time they were brought to life. KMP is happy that we are the ones to give this story the look and feel it deserves.

Again, I am sorry for the delay in posting anything but as I said, with the closing of the studio and the change of address, We are having a new website built, and the video work we've had, It has taken a back seat. But we are here ready to work with any of you on your project or event.

2018 is quickly winding down and 2019 is coming fast. The movie Stormbirds produced by Chris Forbes (that used our studio for shooting) will premiere at the Poison Peach Film Festival next Saturday the 5th at the Imperial Theatre. We will be there and hope to see some of you too. We are also looking for some people that want to be part of the video production business. Come see us and remember 2019 has everything for a great start but it's only going to be what we make it.

Yall have been patient so here you go... we love being a part of preserving the history of Augusta in Film. Our 1st documentary Augusta International Speedway:A Race with Destiny was made to tell and preserve the history of our racetrack. Our next documentary, which we have signed the contracts and begun preproduction on, will be Mastering Aviation: The Story of Daniel Field! Our little airport has a history that goes back to the Wright Brothers and the very beginning of aviation in America and we are so excited to bring this story to film!!!! More details as we get a little further into production!
